This is to acknowledge that I received the total amount of Three Million Six Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 3,698,000.00) as full payment of our house and lot in 100 Virgin Island St., Vittoria Subdivision, Mactan Cebu with a total Lot Area of 165 square meters covered by TCT Nnumbers:  T-50473,  T-50474, T-50475.

This full payment is net of Reservation Fee of Seventy Two Thousand Pesos  (Php 72,000.00)  which was already paid as earnest money. This payment includes Capital Gain Tax, Documentary stamps, transfer tax, Registration Fees and Broker’s Commission as per agreement.
